The Company:

Our client is a national contract catering company offering professional services to a variety of clients. They are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a part time basis covering maternity leave
?
The HR Business Partner role:
Highly visible ?face of the business? role
Responsible for all the HR related issues within the region
Ensuring training standard through your team within the region
Working with a team reporting into the HR director
Working with different key areas of the business
Assisting the senior management in developing HR policy
Dealing with stakeholders
MUST be commercially aware
Dealing with Mergers and disposals
Must have a wealth of experience and be able to prove this?

The right HR Business Partner:
Fun, friendly and outgoing!
Experience from a retail based business or contract catering
Strong experience in employee relations
Passionate about service ? both internal and external
Full CIPD is preferred
Experience of working in a diverse team of characters!
